At GlobalConnect we have a vision to become the leading sustainable connectivity provider, futureproofing Northern Europe and beyond.
We recognise that by being one of the leading integrated digital infrastructure providers in the Nordics, driving more than 50% of all data traffic in the region, we play a crucial role in keeping our modern digital societyiesup and running.
Our vast fiber network empowers and enables our everyday lives. We make sure schools and hospitals can operate, that we can work from home and grow our business. We have been doing this for more than 20 years and we plan to keep connecting Northern Europe with digital infrastructure now and for future generations.

Lowering Environmental Impact
In 2025, GlobalConnect reduced Scope 1 GHG emissions by 24.5%, Scope 2 emissions by 5.2%, and overall GHG emissions by 5.5% compared to 2024. We also continued powering operations with 100% renewable electricity while improving energy efficiency across our network and data centre operations.
Building a Diverse & Healthy Workplace
GlobalConnect continued advancing a healthy and inclusive workplace in 2025, achieving an employee engagement score of 7.9 and reducing voluntary turnover to 8.4%. We also reported 33% gender diversity in top management and 28% women representation across the total workforce.
Strengthening Responsible Governance
GlobalConnect maintained focus on security, resilience, and compliance across the region while strengthening supplier due diligence processes and governance standards. In 2025, we also reinforced our sustainability strategy through continued commitment to the UN Global Compact principles and Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi).
